Greetings registrants and supporters of the EMHS Band on the Run 5K:

The Band Booster Board has elected to cancel this Saturday’s scheduled EMHS Band on the Run 5K race in Mitch Park.  Registrations were well below what we were expecting and hoping for; indeed, much lower than the previous two times we held this event.  We believe this is due largely to the high number of competing 5K events on that same day and time.  Rather than proceeding with the event, we felt it better to cancel and regroup as we consider future fundraising opportunities for the EMHS Band Scholarship fund.

 

On behalf of the EMHS Band Booster Board, I want to offer you our thanks for your willingness to participate in this event, and our apologies that the event will not proceed as planned. 

 

We will process any refund requests ASAP.
